Unleashing amidst the Absurdity of Life

“The Other Side Of Hope” serves as Mola Oddity’s installation to preserve and extend memories. In this album, films become their primary medium for reflecting on emotions and thoughts, sparked by the impact of Aki Kaurismäki’s film (the eponymous album title). You will traverse the fateful choices of “The Legend of 1900,” witness “The Man Without a Past,” and explore the emptiness of memories, reaching reconciliation. In the depths of the rhythmic labyrinth, contemplations on ultimate questions like life and death vividly emerge.
— facing the obscure reality, how does one stay "The will of life, against the farce of death" (from "Mola")? Or is it, as suggested in the concept of "IS-BE" mentioned in the "1947 Roswell Report", just a brief shore landing for the soul?

"The Other Side Of Hope" unfolds with a shifting perspective, continually revealing subtle changes. Approaching, the music resonates like the gentle play of butterfly wings, with delicate sonic details and the warm textures meticulously crafted by producer David Wrench. Stepping back, the lyrics and rhythm engage in a tightly woven duet from start to finish. In this elusive and vibrant landscape, the sounds of the past and future intertwine until they become the essence of the present.

If everything is a chase on the Möbius strip — the soul pursuing the body, and life pursuing hope — then on the other side of hope, the guarded resilience, beliefs, and willpower will guide us, "You’re boundless light now, Set off yourself right now".
